• Speed and Load Times: We monitor and optimise the site for faster load times, ensuring better user experience and SEO rankings.

3. Website Security

• Proactive Security: We monitor and implement basic security measures, such as updates to plugins and themes.
• Client Responsibility: Security services are only applicable if the client has requested it and the site’s security measures were in place before subscribing to Legal Sidekick. We do not handle the recovery or fixing of hacked sites that were compromised prior to subscription.

4. Website Backups

• Backups: Automated backups are set up as part of the site maintenance process once the project is deployed. We recommend clients ensure their hosting provider has backup functionality for added security.

5. Exclusions

• Rebuilds or Full Development: Our services do not include rebuilding or redeveloping entire websites. If a site requires redevelopment, this would fall outside the scope of our regular support.
• Fixing Hacked Websites: Legal Sidekick does not fix websites that have been hacked or compromised before the subscription period.

6. Hosting Support

• We provide basic assistance with hosting queries, but issues related to server outages or backups fall under the client's hosting provider's responsibilities.

However, we don’t handle large-scale print materials like billboards, banners, or books. For anything else, just let us know, and we’ll create something that makes your firm stand out!
