- Backups: Automated backups are set up as part of the site maintenance process once the project is deployed. We recommend clients ensure their hosting provider has backup functionality for added security.
5. Exclusions
- Rebuilds or Full Development: Our services do not include rebuilding or redeveloping entire websites. If a site requires redevelopment, this would fall outside the scope of our regular support.
- Fixing Hacked Websites: Legal Sidekick does not fix websites that have been hacked or compromised before the subscription period.
6. Hosting Support
- We provide basic assistance with hosting queries, but issues related to server outages or backups fall under the client's hosting provider's responsibilities.
